You can meet us on a lot of large (International) Doll and Teddy Fairs. A personal visit is also possible.

We ship international with POSTNL registered/insured.  Smaller items can be send as registered letter but please mail if you have any questions about shipping. Gift wrapping is possible, please let us know on your order form.

For Germany/Austria we also ship with DHL twice a week from Laar (Germany).

All prices includes Tax. Shipping costs are added at the end of your order.

Return policy:

You can return the item in 14 days after receiving it. The item price will be refunded towards you, shipping costs (outside the Netherlands and Germany) are always for the credit of the buyer. If the item clearly incorrect described, the shipping cost will be refunded as well.

The larger part of our collection are collectors items and therefore only one in stock. It can happen that an item is just sold on the website or at a fair but can't be blocked on our site at the same time. Please ask if an item is still available.

Product with a basket are (mostly) directly or within 30 days available. Please ask for availability if you need an item soon.

Most of our products have their own box. We can make a gift parcel out of it. Please let us know if you want it wrapped as Chirstmasgift, Birthdaypresent etc.
