Collection:

Most of our collection contains Collectors Items. Lots of these are only very limited or only 1 piece available.

We have new and collectors items. It is written in the description if it is a new item.

All our products are VAT inclusive. Prices are in Euro's. Shipping rates are not inclusive. They are mentioned at the end of your order.

We do not ship tax free.

Conditions and payment:

If we have them in store, products are shipped within 24 hours after ordering (excluding Fair weekends).

 Products with shopping basket could be shipped within 30 days. Please mail if an item is in store and/ or still availlable.

 As we attend many fairs internationally, it could happend that the ordered item is sold before we are able to change it in the webshop. If you order an article sold out, we inform you as soon as possible. Payment can be made by bank after we send you an invoice.

Paying with Paypal: is possible but read this: Paypal Payment.

Returns:

(For Dutch returns see our conditions in the Dutch language as they are slightly different from EU and World returns.

EU:

You can return your item within 14 days after receiving your order. This is for EU only. Please inform us by mail that you are returning the order: info@deloupe.nl. We try to answer mails within 24 hours. In periods attending fairs, this time limit can be up to 3 workingdays due to limited access to the internet.

 After we receive the products back in unused and original packing we refund the payment for the products. Special ordered items (i.e. celebration bears, studio animals) are excluded. Baby-items in sealed bags are only to return unopened. Shipping cost and shipping costs for the returning of your order are on the customers account.

 If the goods are not returned in unused and unharmed condition we have the right to refunding the value left.

 Complains:

If you have a complain about your received goods, please Email us for the steps to follow: info@popbeermeer.nl . For new products we keep the guarantee terms of their producers.

Shipping:

 We ship international by PostNL. Shipping is added for parcels above 2 kg and registered mail. The costs will be charged on your final order.

 If you want something small or far below the 2 kg, please order by mail as it is always possible to ship it as registered small parcel. Schipping to France we also do with DHL.

Europe (non-EU) and World:

Returns only when goods are damaged. Otherwise with returns we charge the costs of shipping, taxes and importduties if these have to be paid. This will be taken of the amount before paying back.

Cost of both ways shipping is always for the buyer.

 For EU, Europe (non-EU) and world:

Shipping only after payment is received.

You can order by shopping basket or by email: info@popbeermeer.nl . Payment is possible on our bankacount or by Paypal. By payment with Paypal we charge 5% extra. Payment on our bankaccount is free of charge.

If you order by mail, you receive an invoice with all the payment details.
